Refund Policy – Classygoods.store

We accept refund requests only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo/video proof
  • The item is unused and in original packaging

Refund process:

  • Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days after approval
  • For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color/design variations due to display differences
  • Unauthorized returns

To request a refund, email help@classygoods.store with your Order ID, reason, proof, and payment details.
