Refund Policy – Classygoods.store
We accept refund requests only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo/video proof
- The item is unused and in original packaging
Refund process:
- Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days after approval
- For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer
No refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Color/design variations due to display differences
- Unauthorized returns
